Ring Sizing

Ring sizes listed are in US sizing standards. If you do not know your ring size we suggest the following:

1 - Get a non-stretchy string or paper about 6" long and 1/4" wide.
2 - Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight, it needs to be comfortable to wear.
3 - Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
4 - Lay the paper/string out on a ruler to determine the measurement.

Ring finger measuring tips:

Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature as fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.

If you know your ring size in international standards we can convert to US standard using the conversion chart found here
We can compare your measurements to the actual ring to ensure fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery times vary based on location, typically between 7-14 days. We cannot guarantee a delivery date due to transit routes and possible delays at customs. International Shipping

We feel confident that you'll love your jewellery, but if not, you may send it back to us in new condition within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Return Policy

What is an IOBI Cultured Diamond?

Our IOBI Cultured Diamonds (our company's trade name for the collection) are Nano Simulated Carbon Diamonds.

They are created in a controlled environment from actual carbon atoms arranged in the diamond crystal structure.

Eco-friendly and 100% conflict free allowing the purchase of a larger, higher quality jewellery piece.

Do "Thread Earrings" come with backs?

Thread earrings are designed to be worn evenly distributed on both sides of the earlobe or with the stone near the earlobe with the chain dangling behind. Backs can be used however we advise caution when applying them as to avoid damaging the chain or stone.

I lost my earring can you replace it?
We can arrange for the purchase of a single replacement earring if lost. We cannot be responsible for lost jewellery items even if worn for a short period of time. Simply contact customer service for pricing. contactus@feshionniobi.com

Is your product hypo-allergenic? I have skin allergies.

Different people can be allergic to different metals.Most jewellery is mixed with a certain amount of miscellaneous metals for added strength. We suggest testing the item for a short duration to ensure it is compatible with their skin. Each item lists the materials used in manufacturing. Stainless steel is the best option for sensitive skin as it is hypo-allergenic.
