Monthly Bling Box
Welcome to your Monthly Bling Box!
The Monthly Bling Box is a subscription service. You will be charged your agreed upon box subscription automatically on a regular monthly basis. Your first order will be billed immediately upon subscription sign up, and will be shipped out within 3 business days. Subsequent monthly charges will take place approximately the 15th of the following month, and will ship out within 3 business days.
If you wish to discontinue your monthly subscription, please cancel no later than the 10th of the month to avoid being charged. Cancellation must occur in writing by emailing email@example.com with subject CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Or you can also cancel by login to your Subscription Management Portal Right HERE. and manage or cancel your subscription.
If you are not satisfied with your received item(s), you may return the item(s) within 14 days upon receipt if in new, unworn condition. You will be refunded for the subscription cost (minus shipping and taxes). You may return the item using the carrier of your choice. Please see our return policy for more information regarding returns.
Other offers, such as coupon codes, cannot be applied towards the Monthly Bling Box.
Q: What will I receive with my Monthly Bling Box subscription?
A: You will receive one or more jewelry items valued approximately $50 for "Your Monthly Bling Box", or $100 on "Your Monthly Bling Box -Double The Bling". These are not samples, these are actual jewelry pieces for you to keep.
Q: What style of jewelry will I receive?
A: Our IOBI stylists will attempt to match your style preference according to your preferences stated upon signing up. However, we will also encourage you to explore fresh new styles. That’s part of the fun!
Q: I’ve already bought jewelry from you. Will I receive the same stuff?
A: If you placed the order using the same account and/or email address as you used for your Monthly Bling Box order, we will make every effort to review your order history and avoid sending you an item previously purchased.
Q: I received more than one item in my box. I liked one item, but not the other. Can I return one of the items for a partial refund?
A: You must return all items received in your Monthly Bling Box to receive a refund. You may purchase the item you liked separately as a regular purchase if desired.
Q: Can I cancel?
A: Yes, please cancel no later than the 10th of the month in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the subject.
