Feedback? Concerns regarding your order?  The fastest way to reach us is by email, contactus@feshionniobi.com  If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please include your order number in your email.  You can expect a prompt response within 1-2 business days or sooner.

By using our website, you agree to our terms, conditions, and store policies.  Please review the following page carefully prior to completing your order.
 

Shipping

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All Feshionn IOBI orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail®.  If you are unable to receive mail via USPS, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.

Please carefully review all information prior to check out, including the provided mailing address.  In the event of utilizing a third party source during check out, such as a social media site or PayPal, in which former or incorrect information may be stored on their system, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the information provided is current and accurate.  You can also ensure accuracy by reviewing your order confirmation email after placing your order (check your bulk/spam box if your confirmation does not appear in your inbox).

Your purchase will be shipped to the address provided on our system and cannot be rerouted in the event of your address being incorrect or undeliverable.  In the event that you are unable to receive your package at the address provided and we have already shipped the item(s), it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for mail forwarding or package holding/pick up with your local USPS.  We will not be responsible for reimbursing customers for orders not receivable due to an error on the customer's part, such as providing an incorrect mailing address, or failing to sign for or pick up the package at the post office or PO Box.  In the event that a package is returned to us via USPS rerouting system due to error on the customer's part, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus a $5 restocking fee per package to cover shipping and handling charges.  If postage was paid for expedited or international shipping, you will not be refunded the paid shipping charges.  If you wish us to resend the package, you will be charged a $5 shipping fee (domestic orders) or $15 shipping fee (international orders).

In the event that your package does not arrive or arrives tampered with, please contact us and let us know. We will help you file a case with USPS on your behalf if located within the US, or you may file the case and send us a case number.  We will not be liable for packages claimed to be lost, stolen, or tampered with if USPS confirms delivery after their investigation. We cannot assist with investigations with international packages once the package is outside of the US.

We advise caution when providing a shipping address to "common area" locations such as places of business, leasing offices, or reception areas, as packages can easily be misplaced, lost, tampered with, or stolen in these areas.  We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages if USPS confirms delivery via tracking information.

Note: Feshionn IOBI reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Cancellations:  Orders may be cancelled by customer prior to shipment.  Once and order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

 

International Orders Outside the United States:

Thank you for your interest in our company.  Our company is based in the US.  All charges shown during checkout and on your order confirmation are in US Dollars, as shown by USD next to the amount.  For payment purposes, your credit card company will bill you in the currency of the country in which the bill is to be paid.  Exchange rates may change daily.  Please check the exchange rate between the US and the country in which your bill is to be paid prior to completing your purchase.  You may also contact us prior to completing your purchase at contactus@feshionniobi and request an estimate.

Some credit card companies charge fees for international transactions.  We do not receive funds from these charges and cannot be liable for these charges.  Any questions or disputes regarding international transaction fees must be directed to the customer's credit card company by the customer.

International shipping is free for purchases above $99.  Purchased under $99 will be charged a shipping fee in US Dollars as seen at checkout prior to completing the purchase.

We will ship your item via United States Postal Service.  Feshionn IOBI will not be liable for lost or damaged packages once the package leaves possession of the US Postal Service. We cannot communicate with overseas mail carriers.  In the event that you have a question or problem with your package once it is in your country, you must communicate directly with your country's postal service.

It is estimated that international orders will arrive within 10-25 days of shipment date.  Depending on your location (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, island countries, remote areas) and if your package is selected for customs inspection at your country's borders, it may take longer to arrive.  Because these factors are outside of our control, we do not offer an guaranteed delivery date for our international shipments.

Internationally shipped items will be carefully inspected by company management after packaged by one of our Order Fulfillment Specialists to ensure quality.  Feshionn IOBI will not be liable for lost packages or items damaged in transit.  Returns can be made by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the item in new condition, however, customer assumes cost of shipping the item back to us, regardless of reason for return.  International shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please review return policy for additional information on how to return items.

International Customs Fees and Credit Card Fees

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • Some credit card companies charge fees for international transactions.  We do not receive funds from these charges.  Any disputes for international transaction fees must  handled by the customer and his/her credit card company.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.  We are not responsible for these charges in any way, nor do we receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Return Policy 

We feel confident that you'll love your FeshionnIOBI.com purchase, but if you have concerns about your merchandise, you may send it back to us in new condition within 14 days of the original shipping date and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit, or a refund.  All you need to do is E-mail customer service (Contactus@feshionniobi.com) with the order number, your full name, and reason for return and we will send you return instructions.  Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.   Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your bank to release the returned funds and for refunded moneys to reflect in your account.   We will not issue refunds on shipping fees.

Return shipping process and cost is of the responsibility of the customer.  You may return the item(s) through the carrier of your choice, however, we strongly recommend issuing a tracking number to ensure proper delivery by that carrier.  We cannot be liable for return packages lost in transit without tracking information and verification of delivery by the carrier.

What you cannot return

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

  • Items which have been damaged or modified

  • Items that are obviously used

  • Jewelry items returned after 14 days may not be accepted for return.

  • Items altered in color or appearance due to chemicals (e.g. swimming pool, detergent, household cleaners, fragrance, etc.) or other environmental situations beyond our control.

  • Incomplete sets (e.g. one earring, or partial pieces that were purchased as a set of multiple items)

We are NOT liable for replacing lost items.  If a jewelry piece is not securing properly, please DO NOT wear the item and notify us of the issue immediately upon receipt of the item.

What you can return

  • You have 14 days from the original shipping date to make a return or exchange.

  • We accept returns on items in new and unused condition with the original packaging, materials, and gift box.

  • Upon receipt of a returned item, our jewelers inspect the product’s condition for quality control.

  • After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

  • Please note that although FeshionnIOBI.com will refund your purchase cost, we will not be able to assist you in covering the associated return shipping costs.  Return shipping shall be paid for by the customer.

  • We must receive your returned item(s) within 21 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 21 days of the original shipping date, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you. Return shipping fees may apply.

       

      Problems with your order

      In the rare event that your order is incorrect, an item is missing, or product is defective, customer must notify us immediately upon receipt of the item, within 3 business days.  Please submit a photo of what you received to contactus@feshionniobi.com

      We are NOT liable for replacing lost items.  If a jewelry piece is not securing properly, please DO NOT wear the item and notify us of the issue immediately upon receipt of the item.

      Caring for your jewelry and other accessories

      General materials are listed on each product listing.  It is recommended that jewelry and other accessories (such as scarves), not be worn in contact with chemicals (e.g. swimming pool, soaps and detergent, household cleaners, fragrance, etc.) as it may alter the appearance of the item.

      Some of our jewelry is plated.  Plating may wear over time.  Avoiding wearing these items when in contact with chemicals, or during rough activity, may slow the process of plating wear.

      Some of our jewelry is sterling silver.  Please note that any jewelry that is 925 sterling silver is not pure silver.  All sterling silver jewelry is mixed with other metals for strength.  Sterling silver jewelry may tarnish over time, turning a grey or pink color.  This is a natural process of sterling silver as it comes in contact with the air, and does not suggest a product defect. Storing your jewelry in a sterling silver cloth or jewelry box for sterling silver jewelry may help slow the process. Please consult a local professional jeweler for tarnish removal assistance.

      Some of our earrings come with hooks, loops, and clasps.  Activities such as exercise, fast movement, hair combing, swimming, putting on and removing clothing, etc, may cause jewelry to catch and break.  We recommend taking precautions when wearing jewelry during activity.

      Jewelry and skin sensitivity

      General materials (stone type, sterling silver, overlay, plated, leather, etc) are listed on product descriptions. Plated, overlay, plastic based jewelry, and sterling silver jewelry are mixed with other metals and materials for added strength.  Miscellaneous materials used in products by the manufacturer are not listed in entirety on our product descriptions. Some customers may have a sensitivity to jewelry or fabric based materials.  Wearing jewelry or other fabrics may cause redness, reaction, or skin discoloration.  We strongly recommend that all items be tested by wearing it for a short duration and carefully monitoring to test for skin sensitivity.  We do not recommend ever wearing jewelry for long a long duration or while sleeping, as potential reactions cannot be carefully monitored.  Customers with sensitive skin are encouraged to consider our jewelry made solely of surgical steel, which is most compatible with sensitive skin.  Please contact us for product suggestions.

       

      Free Gift and Special Promotions Policy

      At times, we may offer special promotional offers and/or for free gifts when spending an indicated amount.  In the event of returning purchased merchandise in which a free gift was included, free gifts must be returned as well in new condition.  In the event that the free gift is not enclosed with the return, the free gift's value will be deducted from your refund.  In addition, if merchandise is returned in which special discounts were applied at time of purchase (e.g. buy one get one half off, or receive $10 off your purchase above a specified dollar amount, etc.) your reimbursement will be the price minus the special discount.
      Special promotions are for a limited time.  We are unable to price match once sale expires.  We are also not able to price adjust if an item purchased goes on sale at a later date from customer's purchase. 
      Coupon Codes
      Our store periodically offers special coupon codes for sharing our products, as shopping rewards, customer email promotions, or for following us on social media.  These coupon codes are often time limited and often require a minimum purchase.  The coupon code is entered during the initial part of the checkout process.  There is a box that says "discount" and "apply" next to where the customer enters his/her name and shipping information.  If the coupon code is utilized correctly, the discount will automatically be applied after clicking "apply".  Coupon codes must be utilized at check-out.  We are unable to reimburse customers for coupon codes after an order is completed.  If you are experiencing difficulty utilizing a coupon code you believe to be currently valid, please contact us at contactus@feshionniobi.com prior to completing check-out with your name, email address, and the coupon code you are attempting to use. 
      Privacy Policy
      Feshionn IOBI customers may periodically receive emails notifying customers of special promotions, rewards program, or feedback on your purchases.  We value our customers and NEVER sell customer information.  Period.  Please see our Privacy Policy page for more details.
      Safety
      We proudly partner with McAfee Secure for the safety of our shoppers.  Please click their logo on our homepage for additional details.  Customers' credit card information cannot be viewed from our site, even by our administration.  We provide a safe shopping experience for our shoppers.
